This beautiful front row beach hut has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach and is perfectly located in front of the private beach of West Mersea Holiday Park, which is dog friendly all year round.

Once inside you are welcomed by the modern and luxurious decor, whilst still being simple and cozy. There is a comfy sofa, table and chairs, and a modern kitchen with everything you need for your beach day; including complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate & marshmallows. Step on to the deck where you can enjoy our luxurious @businessandpleasure_co deckchairs and parasol, all in the knowledge that if you have little ones or furry friends, you can close the gate for safety and more relaxation!

The Little Green Huts are dog friendly, however please enquire if you have more than two dogs. We provide bowls and treats for them, and all we ask is if you keep them off the furniture and soft furnishings!

Beach days are not just for the summer months, we love going for long walks along the beach with the dogs and kids on crisp and sunny autumn and winter days. It's great knowing you have a beach hut to go back to to make a hot drink to warm up and maybe a nice toasted sandwich. We have online booking from March through to the end of October, if you would like to book outside of these months please get in touch. The Little Green Hut is open all year round, except for February!

Amending or cancelling a booking:

 

We require 7 days notice prior to the first day of your hire to receive a full refund or change of date (subject to availability). If less than 7 days notice is given, we will retain a £20 admin fee from the original booking amount.

If less that 48 hours notice is given the full amount will be retained with no refund issued.

We do not offer refunds or change of dates due to bad weather.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any booking in the event that we are unable to let the beach hut for reasons beyond our control. A full refund and explanation will be given.
